We do not store user credit card, debit card, or net banking credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are securely processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

- We collect user names, emails, phone numbers, and booking histories to facilitate slot reservations, account authentication, and instant booking confirmations.
- When registering for sports programs, tournaments, or academy coaching, we may collect age bracket, emergency contact information, and chosen athletic disciplines.
- Technical telemetry: For security and fraud prevention, we collect standard log data including IP addresses, browser specifications, and session timestamps.
- We never collect sensitive biometric information or unnecessary personal demographics.
2. Payment Processing & Financial Data Security
- We do not store user credit card, debit card, or net banking credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are securely processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
- Razorpay is certified under PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest security tier in the global payment processing industry.
- All payment sessions are protected with 256-bit TLS encryption, ensuring cardholder data is securely transmitted directly between your browser and the payment provider.
- Namma Sports Club receives only a secure tokenized transaction ID, payment status, and order reference to confirm and fulfill your booking.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process, confirm, and manage your turf, court, and training slot bookings.
- To dispatch automated booking confirmations, digital tokens, schedule reminders, and invoice receipts via email or SMS.
- To inform you promptly of arena schedule adjustments, adverse weather postponements, or emergency facility maintenance.
- To provide responsive customer service and resolve slot inquiries or refund requests.
4. Zero Third-Party Marketing Sharing
- User contact data is never shared with or sold to third-party marketing entities.
- We do not monetize, rent, trade, or distribute your email, telephone number, or personal details to advertising networks or external brokers.
- Your information is accessed strictly on a need-to-know basis by authorized club personnel and certified technology partners essential to servicing your bookings (e.g. Razorpay).
5. Data Retention & Safeguards
- We implement industry-grade security measures including encrypted databases, restricted role-based staff access, and regular vulnerability audits.
- Booking records and invoice receipts are securely retained in compliance with applicable statutory tax and accounting standards in India.
- Inactive or archived user accounts undergo periodic review and scheduled data sanitization.

- You have the right to request access to the personal data and booking history associated with your account.
- You may request corrections to inaccurate contact details or telephone numbers at any time.
- You may request the deletion or deactivation of your account by contacting our privacy compliance desk.
